Widely applied in heavy machinery (excavators, cranes), automotive transmissions/differentials, marine equipment, and aerospace systems, it ensures stable torque transfer in high-load, precision-demanding scenarios.

1.When can l get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry and drawings. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2.What about the leading time for production? Whether the products can be customized?
Usually we need 60 days for gear products after order and technical details confirmed. If it's an rush order, we can do the job according to the delivery time negotiated by both parties. For gearbox, we need 90 days at least for leading time, to produce gear/housing, buy bearing/instruments, and assemble the gearbox finally. We produce gear according to your drawings. My engineer team will translate the drawings which will be confirmed by both sides. For gearbox, we have a technical team to design it according to your requirement and detailed parameters.
3.Delivery terms.
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, ClF, ect. You can choose the one which is the most convenience for you.
4.Shipping cost and time.
This will depend on the size of your goods, the method of shipping (by sea/ by air/by Express), and your designated port or air port. Normally it takes one week to Japan, South Korea, Russia, Southeast Asia, India and so on, while 4 weeks to countries in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
5.Warranty Period.
Our warranty period is 12 months and lifelong maintenance. In the first year, if the product failed to use due to its own quality issues, we will send free parts for replacement. Over the warranty, we provide paid services.

7.Do you have Technical Backup to all customers from different countries?
Yes, our technical support is always available with a quick response. We have plenty of experience in on-site maintenance and problems solving.
8.How can I buy the spare parts? What should I do with the broken part?
If such a situation occurs, please contact us in time. If the broken part is from our company, please tell us the part number and we could make a new one at once. If the broken part is from other company, tell us the name plate of the gearbox. We will check if we have the drawings or not. If we don't have the drawing, we need you to deliver the broken part to us and we will re-draw it.
9.What is your terms of payment ?
T/T and L/C is acceptable. 30% payment in advance as deposit, and 70% payment against the quality reports before delivery.
